Delivery Terms & Conditions:
Hi-Tec Europe Limited will do our very best to ensure that orders will be dispatched in time to be delivered within the delivery times stated above unless clearly communicated otherwise on the Delivery and Basket pages. However, unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery within the timescales where circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, prevent the postal service or relevant carrier from being able to make the delivery.
On rare occasions, delivery times for DPD may be longer during periods of high demand. This will be clearly stated at the top of this page and on the basket page when this is the case, giving an indication of the delay up to a maximum of 10 working days.
Please note for EU deliveries, there is a spend cap of £130 (150 euros) on our online store. If your basket is a higher value, please place multiple orders.
Where do you ship to?
From the 23rd July 2021 we will not only ship to the UK (excluding Channel Islands) but also to Ireland, Belgium, Germany, France and Netherlands.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
DPD delivers all UK Mainland orders. These are tracked deliveries.
DHL will delivers all EU country orders. These are tracked deliveries.
Can my order be delivered to someone else or to a different address?
Yes. On our checkout page, you will have the option to enter an alternative shipping address and billing address.
How do I know when my order has been dispatched?
You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order, and then a second email to confirm when your order has been dispatched. If you have any further questions about your order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org

Do you ship to the Channel Islands?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands.
